Founded in 1999, Alpha Clicheria is a prominent figure in technology and innovation within the graphic arts industry. It stands as one of the foremost and most representative entities in plate manufacturing for the packaging segment in Latin America. Currently, we are in search of an adept professional to assume the position of Sales Representative.

The responsibilities encompass the identification and capitalization of new business prospects in Ohio and midwest area.

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Identifying Opportunities: Actively seek out and recognize new business opportunities within the flexo market, such as printing companies, graphic designers, and publishers.
- Managing Client Relationships: Establish and uphold strong relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conducting Presentations and Demonstrations: Clearly and convincingly present our products and services, including technical demonstrations when necessary.
- Negotiating and Closing Sales: Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts, ensuring that the terms and conditions meet the needs of both clients and the company.
- Managing the Sales Cycle: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, including post-sale follow-up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Analyzing the Market: Monitor trends and changes in the flexo market, identifying new opportunities and potential threats to adjust sales strategies.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in flexo printing, plate making companies or related industries.

· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plate production and flexo printing.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Languages: native or fluent in English (Portuguese will be considered a plus).
