Requirements

Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Sr. Consultant.
 
Years of experience: 8+ as an HCM and 1+ years as an ECP consultant.

Communication skills (with the customer and with other technical areas)

Problem solving skills
 
Must have:
Fluent in English
Support Experience ( SLA management)
Experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module.
SAML 2.0 configurations.
PTP integration knowledge.
Integration between ECP-FI.
Experience with the HCM suite (mainly with the payroll component)
PCR creation and maintenance.
Schemas and subschemas maintenance.
Creation of Custom Wage Types.
Year end activities for customers from USA & MX.
Technical knowledge about: Garnishments, benefits and deductions.
US & MX payroll knowledge.
Country related Tax knowledge.
 
Nice to have:
ABAP knowledge.
Technical knowledge of SAP communications.
Canda PY knowledge.
Other countries payroll knowledge
Experience with the integration between SF and HCM
Time management (HCM)
Personnel Administration (HCM)
Benefits experience (HCM)
