Position Overview

This professional will support the HR Director and will be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of structured HR practices within the Brazilian operation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Involvement in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits activities.
  • Interface with headquarters and external partners (consultants and service providers)
  • Support HR policies, procedures and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
  • Generalist HR experience in multinational companies
  • Previous exposure to structured HR environments and corporate practices
  • Experience with HCM platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
  • Fluent English (daily interaction with foreign stakeholders)
