Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales who can help us reach new heights. This role calls for both strategic vision combine with a hands-on/road warrior approach. Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Develop a High-Performing Sales TeamSource, hire, onboard, and train top-tier account executives and SDRs, ensuring rapid ramp-up.
  • Design and implement attractive compensation packages and career growth paths.
  • Define and Execute Sales StrategyPlan and set aggressive sales goals that align with BotCity’s global growth targets.
  • Develop and communicate clear sales methodologies and processes to your team.
  • Ensure that BotCity’s solutions resonate with large enterprises, adjusting strategies as market conditions evolve.
  • Drive Revenue and GrowthAccelerate BotCity’s growth to keep the 3x YoY growth;
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities, reducing the overall sales cycle by 30% through process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to optimize lead generation and customer retention.
  • Foster Strategic RelationshipsProactively cultivate relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Negotiate and close critical deals, stepping in to support AEs in high-stakes opportunities.
  • Data-Driven LeadershipMaintain accurate CRM and sales data, ensuring timely updates and forecasts.
  • Leverage analytics tools and performance metrics to refine strategies and continuously improve team results.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in planning, setting, and exceeding sales goals at a technology-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success selling tech products on a global scale, ideally to large enterprises.
  • Industry KnowledgeFamiliarity with software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
  • Keen awareness of market trends and emerging technologies, using insights to adapt sales approaches.
  • Skills & CompetenciesRoad warrior - you are the kind of person that travels to see customers, help teams closing deals and accelerate partnerships.
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator; proficient with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support your growing team.
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with major global accounts and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with specific verticals (finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and their unique challenges.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment.
