Recognized by Endeavor as a ScaleUp in 2023, and growing at a double-digit monthly rate, our dynamic teams are located across Brazil, the US, and Europe.The Key Account Manager in charge of build and maintain strong long term relationships with key clientes, ensuring their satisfaction and driing mutual buiness growth trhough strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process from Botcity high clients, including but not limited to presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s offerings and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to BotCity's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.
  • To build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth
  • Develop deep, trust based relationships that lead to joint buiness planning, innovation opportunities and competitive advantages.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Manager or Enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • Fluent English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global accounts and managing sales cycles with clients involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Knowledge of specific industry verticals (especially but not limited to finance, technology) and their unique business challenges.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
