Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the timely development of high-impact marketing materials and ensure visual alignment with core business objectives. This role is crucial for producing high-quality assets across all digital and print channels, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting key initiatives. The ideal candidate is a resilient, collaborative professional proficient in the Adobe Suite, capable of upholding the highest standards while meeting tight deadlines. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

 
Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic materials for digital and print platforms.
  • Create and unfold visual materials aligned with brand identity guidelines.
  • Build Key Visuals (KV) that reinforce our brand positioning.
  • Produce commercial materials tailored to our audience.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in visual communication.
  • Create visual content that strengthens brand identity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Effectively manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • Professional experience (3+ years) in the field, evidenced by a strong and diverse portfolio, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc).
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Strong results-driven skills and action-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent creative skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • Portuguese - Fluent.
  • English - Advanced.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Figma and Canva.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for workflow optimization.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
