Role Overview

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for owning BotCity’s narrative and producing persuasive, high-quality content across the full customer journey — from awareness to expansion. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing skills and will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Product, and Sales to ensure message clarity, consistency, and conversion. This role will report to the Marketing Manager as part of the Marketing team.

 
Responsibilities

  • Write strategic, persuasive content for the full funnel: blog posts, email sequences, landing pages, case studies, product messaging, event copy, paid campaigns, scripts, outbound copy, and LinkedIn.
  • Strengthen BotCity’s positioning, narrative, and value proposition through compelling messaging.
  • Maintain and evolve BotCity’s tone of voice and content guidelines.
  • Conduct research to deeply understand personas, ICP, pains, and objections.
  • Support Product and Sales with messaging assets that drive adoption and expansion.
  • Analyze performance of content assets and iterate using data, experimentation, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure message–visual alignment.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years in content production and copywriting for B2B companies (preferably SaaS or Tech).
  • Proven experience writing strategic content across the full funnel (blog, email, campaigns, LPs, scripts, customer stories, outbound copy, LinkedIn).
  • Strong results-driven skills and action-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • Portuguese - Fluent.
  • English – Advanced (including writing).
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Hubspot.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
