As a Game Designer 4X, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing the gameplay mechanics, systems, and overall design of our next-generation 4X (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) strategy game. This entails:

- Designing and balancing complex game systems, including resource management, tech trees, faction abilities, and win conditions.
- Collaborating with the development team to bring your design ideas to life, ensuring a seamless integration of gameplay and technology.
- Iterating on gameplay based on player feedback and data analysis, continuously refining the user experience.
- Crafting compelling narratives, world-building, and faction backstories to immerse players in a rich, evocative universe.
- Documenting and communicating your design vision to the broader team, ensuring alignment and clear implementation.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A strong portfolio of 4X or strategy game design experience, showcasing your ability to create engaging, deep, and replayable gameplay.
