Senior Infrastructure Engineer

São Bernardo do Campo Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide on-site technical support for critical infrastructure
components. This professional will handle hands-on troubleshooting of network points, servers, firewalls,
virtualization platforms, and core services. The role supports a transitioning environment where services previously provided by a third-party company are being absorbed by the Allianz Technology team. This position requires strong technical autonomy, solid communication skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site support for network, server, and infrastructure incidents located on site.
• Perform physical validation of network points and infrastructure components when required.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016 to 2025) across more than 100 servers.
• Coordinate and execute monthly patching rollouts and deployments.
• Support virtualization technologies in AWS and VMware.
• Maintain a solid understanding of LAN and WAN concepts, including VLANs and IP addressing, without
requiring deep hands-on routing and switching expertise.
• Administer firewall technologies including CheckPoint, Fortinet, and pfSense.
• Configure and support Site-to-Site VPN solutions.
• Manage Active Directory and LDAP users and groups.
• Administer Microsoft IIS.
• Provide Linux and UNIX system support.
• Apply Group Policy configuration and design.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure strong communication with technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Support the ATA team in service transition activities where legacy third-party services are being absorbed.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues requiring on-site presence.
• Manage small to medium infrastructure projects with autonomy.
