The IT QA Analyst (Mid-level) is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for assigned projects, working closely with QA Leads, developers, and international project teams. The role contributes to high-quality software delivery within agreed timelines and supports the continuous improvement of QA practices and automation. The position operates in an international, agile environment, requires fluent English communication, and calls for a self-starter who can take initiative and work proactively.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (manual and automated).
• Prepare and condition test data and ensure test execution readiness.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and document results.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and project teams.
• Provide regular status updates on test progress, risks, and issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
• Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems.
• Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications / Skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and
international teams.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Working experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in agile and international project
environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
professional experience.

This role is based in Brazil with a 100% remote working model. The IT QA Analyst collaborates closely with cross functional and international teams, including developers, QA Leads, project managers, and business stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
