The Active Directory Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Active Directory and related identity services. The role operates in a global, agile environment, supporting business-critical infrastructure, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational excellence across identity and access management services.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Manage user, group, and computer objects, including permissions and access controls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to AD services.
• Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities.
• Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with global infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications / Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic network concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and recovery of AD services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural teams.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in infrastructure, system administration, or identity management roles. Experience working in enterprise-scale and global environments. Familiarity with ITIL-based operational processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
professional experience.
Working Model & Collaboration
This is a remote position based in Brazil, with daily interaction with international stakeholders across different
time zones. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and service management teams.
