Description of Activities:

·         Respect and fulfill the internal rules from the Company;

·         Follow up PO receipt and its insertion in Systray together with Expediting Department;

·         Open physical and electronic folders with the necessary documents for each process/PO, as well as update the internal system with the relevant information;

·         Monitor the collection of cargo and its receipt in our warehouse or specific delivery address;

·         Analyse and solve physical and documental discrepancies/deviations with the supplier and customer;

·         Issue Material Receipts according to the physical checking of the cargo and submit the MR for Translation and Classification analysis;

·         Issue weekly reports to the client;

·         Issue invoices and packing lists; 

·         Request and handle bookings; 

·         Send pre-alerts; 

·         Monitor cargo's arrival in destination; 

·         Billing. 

Schooling:
Bachelor Degree or Technical College

Minimal Experience: 1-2 years

- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in providing logistical solutions, ensuring operations are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and lead projects to successful completion.
