As an SDR, you’ll search for the best customers, make the first contacts, and present your product.

You’ll be developing the right strategy, the best process, and work hard to transform your customers’ life through your product.

📌 You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales and Croct’s founders to contribute to one of the most important KPIs of any startup: revenue.

As part of the job, you will:

  • Prospecting clients;
  • Qualify leads;
  • Make the first contacts;
  • Participate in initial meetings;
  • Feed the CRM.
Requirements

What we seek:

  • Experience in SDR position;
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email;
  • Good time management;
  • Entrepreneur mindset;
  • Ambitious to grow fast in career.


What we consider a preferable skill:

  • Experience in startup;
  • Intermediate Spanish.
