Head of Accounting, Reporting & Tax

We are seeking a senior finance leader to oversee Accounting, Reporting and Tax for the Brazilian operations. This role ensures accurate statutory and IFRS accounting, high‑quality group reporting, full tax compliance, and strong internal controls. The position leads a team of finance professionals and collaborates closely with regional and global stakeholders to support business performance and long‑term financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and IFRS accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closing.
• Manage group reporting and deliver high‑quality financial information to global teams.
• Oversee all tax matters, including direct taxes, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and regulatory obligations.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and audit readiness.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements (ERP and reporting tools).
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Partner with global finance to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals.

• Strong background in accounting, reporting, and tax within complex organizations.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian regulations.
• Experience leading teams and working in a global environment.
• Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with solid understanding of finance and accounting processes within production operations.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Hybrid work model - candidates should be based near the West Zone of São Paulo.
