Head of Finance

We are supporting a search for a senior Finance leader to join an industrial multinational undergoing significant growth. This role plays a central part in strengthening the company’s financial governance, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the expansion of operations, with direct exposure to regional and global leadership.

Senior finance leader with solid experience in:

• Full financial management (FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury).
• Industrial operations and multinational environments.
• Governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• CAPEX management, projects, and investments.
• Audit relations and global stakeholder management.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Strong business acumen and strategic partnership with senior leadership

• Active CRC.
• Experience with digital transformation.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable.
