Eye Candy Solutions is a team of qualified, certified and highly experienced consultants. We are looking for a Service Desk committed to technical support for our client, ensuring that all requests and incidents are resolved efficiently and professionally. 

The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and research skills to research, design and experiment with innovative solutions that drive customer growth. 

 

 

Requirements

Skills Required: 

  • Experience in user support +3 years;
  • Experience in 1st line and 2nd line technical support functions;
  • Experience in local technical support;
  • Mandatory Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Workstation, Apple MacOSx and Apple iOS, AD Management.
  • Mastery of collaboration tools (Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.) 
  • Basic network concepts (DNS, DHCP, IP, RADIUS, etc);
    Basic
    knowledge of network infrastructure (switch, router, firewall, patch, etc);
