Lead Data Scientist

We are looking for a talented Lead Data Scientist with ML (Machine Learning) expertise in areas such as NLP (Natural Language Processing), CV (Computer Vision) and Predictive Analytics, as well as knowledge of ML operations (MLOps), data architecture and the use of cloud services to deploy ML pipelines at scale.

The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and research skills to research, design and experiment with innovative solutions that drive customer growth. 

 

Requirements

Skills Required: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Python programming and data science related packages such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy NLTK, OpenCV/Pillow, Matplotlib/Plotly.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
  • Experience of working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture principles including data modelling, databases, ETL processes and data governance.
  • English: advanced. 

Additional Skills: 

  • Experience in building solutions with GenAI using LLMs, including the use of frameworks such as LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Fine-tuning.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark or Kafka.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js in the context of solution architecture.
