SAP SuccessFactors (EC Compensation Module) Junior and Senior

Eye Candy Solutions is a team of qualified, certified and highly experienced consultants. We are looking for two talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC with Compensation Module expertise), one Senior and one Junior.

⚠️​ Applicants must already reside Portugal. Only candidates living in Portugal will be considered for these opportunities.

Requirements

Junior: Experience: 1 - 3 years
Senior: +5 years
Duration: 6 months (Renewable)

Technical Skills Required: Employee Central including Role Based Permissions.

Main activities on the project:
- Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.
- During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities.
- Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests).
- Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.
- Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.
- Languages Required: English - Full Proficiency.
