The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and research skills to research, design and experiment with innovative solutions that drive customer growth.
LOCATION à Full remote in SPAIN or PORTUGAL.
- Experience in one of the common programming languages, such as Java or Python;
- Experience in the design and development of chatbots and voicebots (CAI);
- Experience in NLP, NLU, virtual agents/chatbots, text analytics, search and knowledge management;
- Ability to research machine learning (ML) frameworks and technologies and apply them in working prototypes;
- Experience in training dialog systems based on historical chat conversations or large amounts of user-generated content;
- COGNIGY expert knowledge;
- Fluent in English / Spanish;
