Senior Solution Architects

The Eye Candy Solutions is looking for experienced Senior Solution Architects to support the execution of a global business transformation initiative for a prestigious international client with operations in Spain.

We are seeking senior-level professionals with a strong track record in designing and delivering scalable, value-driven technology solutions, and deep expertise in domains such as ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure, software development, and system integration.

The selected candidates will join cross-functional delivery teams and play a key role in bridging business strategy and IT execution, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, strategically aligned, and capable of driving measurable impact.

⚠️ This is a hybrid role, based in Spain, with some travel expected as per project demands. ⚠️

✒️ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in equivalent senior technical roles.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional delivery environments.
• Solid expertise in ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, software development, and systems integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing effective, future-proof solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery environments.
• High business acumen to align architecture with strategy and deliver tangible value.

🎓Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

🌐 English and Sapin mandatory. Portuguese is a strong plus.
📍 Location: Spain.
💻 Work: Hybrid – Sapin-based with availability for travel.
