Role Overview:
As a Conversational AI Analyst within the Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how customers leverage conversational AI to enhance their training and educational programs. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement interactive roleplay simulations that meet our customers' specific learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and training to customers on using our AI tools effectively.
· Collaborate with customers to understand their training and learning goals.
· Design and develop immersive conversational AI simulations tailored to customer needs.
· Utilize content to create engaging and interactive roleplay scenarios.
· Ensure simulations align perfectly with learning goals and desired outcomes.
· Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve our AI solutions based on customer feedback.
· Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements:
· Fluent English speaker.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
· Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
· Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new software tools.
· Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and customers across different time zones.
· Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience in training teams at contact centers, instructional design, or content creation.
· Strong technical understanding of conversational AI.
· Adaptability to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish are desired.
