As a Fraud Prevention Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team that oversees and analyzes all user activities (signups, payments, bonus utilization, deposits, etc.) to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the integrity and security of operations, minimizing financial losses while delivering the best customer experience, and ensuring the company remains compliant with the regulatory aspects of the legislation in which we operate. This role is pivotal in upholding the trustworthiness of our operations and providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office in Pinheiros - São Paulo.
