Requirements
What You'll Need:
3+ years of proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter
Experience in recruitment within one or more of the following industries: banking, Big 4, technology, fintech, high-growth startup, or gaming (internally or agency side)
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
A data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to guide hiring decisions
Proven experience collaborating successfully with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail
Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Resilience and adaptability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
