Requirements

What You'll Need:


  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Experience in recruitment within one or more of the following industries: banking, Big 4, technology, fintech, high-growth startup, or gaming (internally or agency side)
  • Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to guide hiring decisions
  • Proven experience collaborating successfully with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
