CRM Operations Executive

As a CRM Operations Executive, you will focus on retention/reactivation marketing across our online Sportsbook & Casino products. You will also work closely with the HeadQuarters CRM team, Commercial Teams & Local CRM Managers as a stakeholder of the CRM Operations Team in your area of responsibility. 

The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated and goal driven, who wants to develop his/her career in i-Gaming customer retention & development and CRM in a dynamic multinational company.

  • Execute CRM strategies to engage & retain our customer base, using best practices to ensure communications delivery status across all available channels;
  • Create and check the offers mechanisms in our internal tools;
  • Ensure communications (e.g newsletters, emails, etc) layout, design and content are optimized for best results in all CRM campaigns;
  • Compile and distribute up to date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant CRM KPIs;
  • Manage customer contact and delivery KPIs and support the strategy to maximize customer engagement;
  • Execute and fulfill various promotions and offers end-to-end, in an efficient manner;
  • Monitor Bonusing & Rewards levels for Sportsbook & Casino customers and ensure that bonuses are offered in agreed timescales and budget;
  • Work cross-functionally with various groups, including but not limited to CRM Team;
  • Perform QA of all campaigns and ad-hoc communications to ensure quality standards are met;
  • Ensure that content is published on time and is of a consistently high standard;
  • Conduct review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results;
  • Coordinate CRM campaign communication with other departments and teams.
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing;
  • Proven CRM experience, particularly with on-line marketing & automated CRM practices;
  • Experience in creating and implementing CRM campaigns across different channels of communication;
  • Online gaming knowledge will be highly appreciated;
  • HTML knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools, including experience in using e-mail providers (like Acoustic, Salesforce, Marketo, “Exact Target” or Optimove);
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication;
  • Great interpersonal skills as a team player;
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills, attention to detail;
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English;
  • Portuguese language is mandatory (written and spoken).
  • Spanish language is considered a plus (written and spoken).
