Data Analyst – Metabase & SSRS (Mid/Senior Level)

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Mid or Senior Level) with solid experience in Metabase and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, and conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase and SSRS.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources (ETL).
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Support data governance, documentation, and best practices within BI processes.

• Proven experience with Metabase and SSRS.
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, CTEs, data modeling, etc.).
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
• Fluent English

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Exposure to ETL tools such as Airflow, Talend, or similar.
