Lead the vision, roadmap, and backlog for multiple SaaS product lines. Work closely with the Team Leader and Lead Architect to maximize the value delivered to homeowners associations (HOAs), property management companies, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy and Roadmaps: Create and maintain results-focused roadmaps for various products, aligned with business OKRs and market opportunities. Quantify ROI, build business cases, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Backlog Management and Agile Delivery: Write high-quality epics and user stories (INVEST) with clear acceptance criteria. Prioritize using data-driven methods (RICE, WSJF, etc.), balancing new value, technical debt, and operational improvements. Collaborate with UX, QA, and engineering to refine, validate, and accept work.
• Stakeholder and Commercial Engagement: Act as the main link between clients (internal and external) and the development team — conducting discovery interviews, demos, QBRs, and roadmap presentations in impeccable, executive-level English.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams on market launch plans, pricing, and supporting materials.
• Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Define success metrics (adoption, NPS, revenue, support tickets) and iterate based on analysis and feedback. Lead retrospectives on product practices and advocate for process improvements.
