SAP FI/MM Support Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance (FI) and Materials Management/Purchasing (MM) Consultant to join a global FI/MM support team. You will provide second-level support for the central SAP ERP systems of the Würth Group, helping ensure stable operations within agreed Service Level Agreements. The role combines SAP expertise, practical process knowledge, user advisory, and close collaboration with third-level specialists to deliver sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities

Provide second-level support for SAP FI and MM to Würth Group companies worldwide, with a solid understanding of SD and logistics processes.

Handle incidents and customer requests in SAP Solution Manager and JIRA, including requirements gathering, error analysis, and solution proposals.

Analyze and resolve FI/MM incidents through SAP customizing and Change Request Management, documenting, testing, and following each case through resolution.

Coordinate complex cases and sustainable solution implementation with third-level support, including testing and deployment activities.

Advise internal teams and users on SAP FI and MM processes and validate system behavior against operational workflows.

Lead and support FI/MM process enhancements aligned with the Würth Group's strategic objectives, standards, and policies.

Create and maintain process documentation, solutions, best practices, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Deliver training, workshops, and user support to improve user experience and system effectiveness.

Collaborate with global support teams and central Group Functions, including Controlling and Audit.

Travel occasionally for implementations, workshops, or training, and adjust working hours when critical business needs require it.

Record client-support hours in the Würth IT finance system, WF4.

Requirements

Mandatory qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, a degree in Finance or Controlling with a strong affinity for IT solutions.

At least 3 years of SAP experience focused on the FI and MM modules, gained through implementation and/or support environments.

Hands-on experience with SAP customizing.

Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling, and financial audit processes.

English proficiency for daily collaboration with international colleagues and customers.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Availability for hybrid work in Cotia under a CLT employment contract.

Preferred qualifications

Basic ABAP knowledge.

German language proficiency.

Experience in global SAP support environments and multinational organizations.

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, and Change Request Management.

Reporting line

The SAP FI/MM Support Consultant reports disciplinarily to the BSA team leader at Würth IT Brazil and functionally to the Head of the BSA Department at Würth IT Germany.
