The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of multiple projects within the organization. This role involves setting up a robust project management framework, ensuring consistent customer experiences across various teams and workloads, and supporting the development of the project portfolio through effective coordination and planning. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will work on developing new products in synergy with the established portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Framework:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management framework.
  • Standardize project deliverables to ensure a consistent customer experience across different teams and workloads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the project management processes and make necessary adjustments.

Internal Planning and Resource Allocation:

  • Improve internal planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain a clear and dependable resource allocation map.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources across all projects.

Portfolio Development and Support:

  • Support the development and growth of the project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

New Product Development:

  • Identify opportunities for new product development in synergy with the established portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new product initiatives.
  • Ensure new products align with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess potential risks to the project portfolio.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on risk status and mitigation efforts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Regularly review and report on project performance against KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

💰 Salary range:

PJ: R$ 13.000,00 to R$ 15.000,00

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience 
  • Knowledge of data modeling, workflow design, and user interface design.

It is not mandatory, but it will help you a lot in this process:

  • Microsoft certifications 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure.
