Power Platform and Copilot Studio Consultant

We are seeking a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Consultant to design and implement next-generation intelligent solutions combining low-code development, workflow automation, and generative AI.
You will play a key role in helping our clients adopt Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem to accelerate business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and chat-based agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating data, workflows, and APIs.
  • Develop and customize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions connected to Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Fabric.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for AI and automation.
  • Connect copilots to enterprise systems using connectors, REST APIs, or custom plugins.
  • Support discovery, design, and enablement workshops to help clients understand and adopt Copilot Studio.
  • Apply governance and security best practices across Power Platform environments.
  • Work closely with data, cloud, and AI specialists to build end-to-end intelligent solutions.
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and reusable components within NExer’s AI Agents framework.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent/Advanced English
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) or similar conversational AI tools.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Understanding of prompt design, AI orchestration, and integration with Azure OpenAI.
  • Familiarity with API integration and Power Platform connectors.
  • Knowledge of software development principles (C#, JavaScript, or Python preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to work with both business and technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Cognitive Services, or AI Builder.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing projects.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture and governance models for enterprise Power Platform environments.
  • Ability to build PoCs and demos to accelerate adoption within client organizations.
  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or AI-102 are a strong plus.
