Role: SAP TM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt)
Required skills:
University degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a SAP TM Consultant
Proven experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects
Deep functional knowledge of transportation processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Experience in creating functional specifications and guiding technical teams
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
Certifications (valued):
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Transportation Management
Tasks:
Requirements Analysis:
Gather, analyse, and validate functional requirements with business teams (logistics, transport, operations)
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications
Solution Design:
Propose SAP TM solutions aligned with best practices and existing architecture
Participate in functional and technical design workshops
Documentation:
Create and maintain Functional Specifications (FS)
Support the creation of technical documentation in collaboration with developers
Development Support:
Guide the development team in implementing designed solutions
Validate technical and functional deliverables
Testing and Validation:
Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Support functional and integration testing (SIT/UAT)
Coordination and Communication:
Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team
Ensure alignment between requirements, development, and deliverables
