📍 Location: Porto, Portugal (2 days onsite per week)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
·         Act as technical lead for ServiceNow development and support activities

·         Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules

·         Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and support teams

·         Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, performance, security, and scalability

·         Lead and support API integrations, data models, and custom scripting

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-based environment

·         Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

·         Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance processes

Required Experience & Qualifications
·         5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and support in enterprise environments

·         Proven experience working with multiple ServiceNow products and modules, including:

          *    ITSM

          *    IT Operations Management (ITOM)

          *    Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

          *    Other ServiceNow modules

·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, API integrations, data models, and scripting

·         Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

·         Experience working in project-based delivery models with cross-functional teams

·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·         Demonstrated interest in mentoring and technical leadership

Certifications (Highly Valued)
·         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·         ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·         ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
