Lead solution design and delivery execution for data, analytics, and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Afairs domains. Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery for pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end data platform architectures.
Build scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns.
Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.).
Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements.
Conduct design reviews, guide development teams and ensure solution quality.
Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance.
Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues.
Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice.
Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution oAerings.
Identify opportunities & design solutions where AI can improve insights, automation, or workflow eAiciency.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including: AWS: S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, EMR, Athena, Step Functions Azure: Azure Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub. Snowflake, Databricks
Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.
Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modeling skills.
Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems
Experience/good understanding of BI & reporting platforms such as:
