Position: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Campinas – SP (Hybrid model – on-site presence 6x/month)
Region of Focus: North America
A multinational company in the chemical and industrial sector is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Campinas, São Paulo. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial decision-making and will have exclusive focus on operations in North America, interacting directly with global leadership and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and analyze financial and commercial reports to support business performance.Consolidate data and prepare analytical materials for senior leadership meetings.Act as a business partner to the commercial team, with a strong focus on profitability and performance.Analyze indirect sales channels, including distributor performance and rebate structures.Generate strategic insights from financial and commercial data.Support the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.Participate in and prepare financial reports for executive presentations.Ensure alignment of financial planning processes across business units and international teams.Collaborate on initiatives to improve and streamline reporting processes.Support incentive compensation plan analysis and accruals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.Fluent English – required for daily communication, reporting and meetings with global stakeholders.Strong experience in financial reporting and commercial performance analysis.Advanced Excel skills.Experience working with indirect sales models (distributors, rebates, B2B channels).Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Tableau or other BI/visualization tools.Previous experience in multinational companies or with global teams.
