This role is perfect for someone who thrives in B2B services, is both a strategic thinker and a doer, and knows how to manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand growth.
Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from ideation and copywriting to design, launch, optimization, and reporting.
Create content and assets for digital marketing, including email campaigns, landing pages, ads, and social media.
CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, manage databases, and track campaign performance.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage and optimize paid media, email marketing, and organic campaigns.
Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies for better performance.
Stay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and new tools to drive innovation.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B services marketing, with a strong portfolio of executed campaigns.
Ability to work across strategy and hands-on execution, including copywriting and basic design.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Strong skills in audience segmentation, data-driven marketing, and database management.
Creative thinker with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
