Business Analyst

Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and external market
research
Identify trends and insights in the data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner
Work with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements and processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau to track key performance
indicators
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased eƯiciency
Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement solutions and track their success
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysisialistas e desenvolvedores de banco de dados.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to
stakeholders
Experience with data tools and data manipulation, using Excel (Advanced), Python, R, and
familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau.
Proficient in statistical analysis, data analysis techniques and experience with data modeling
Experience working in the retail energy industry is a plus
Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies are a plus
English level native or fluent
