About the opportunity:

The opportunity is to work in one of the Reply Group companies (USA), in a global project with Reply.
L3 Cloud Support Engineer that operates in both Azure and AWS. Support the infrastructure and AppDev teams for highly available/fault tolerant  services. Work is performed in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Requirements

What we need?

• Support AppDev teams - tickets (ServiceNow and Azure DevOps), perform deployments, sql queries, troubleshooting, root causing;
• Troubleshooting and root causing with web and database servers -  investigative experience in a cloud environment 
• Permission management experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, and AWS - Understand and apply Azure, Azure DevOps, and AWS databases best practices for role-based access control and permissions and 
implement related requests;
• Active Directory user management experience - adding/updating/deleting users in Entra Active Directory and Active Directory (on-prem) applying best practices
Windows server patching experience - apply latest security patches and windows updates through WSUS
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) DB experience - management of MSSQL DBs and making query executions. Ability to analyze queries to support appdev finding bottle necks/performance issues. 
• Internet Information Services (IIS) and ASP.net experience - management of IIS-based apps that utilize ASP.net. IIS app configuration and troubleshooting is required.
• Logging and metrics tools like DataDog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor
• Executing DB queries - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redshift
• AWS Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) management experience - creating/updating/deleting EC2 instances, EBS volumes and Load Balancers within an enterprise environment
• AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS) support experience - assist AppDev teams with occasional 
• Some management of infrastructure as code (IaC) through Terraform  and Cloudformation
• CI/CD experience - doing non-production and production deployments through pipelines

Pluses:
• Other Azure or AWS service experience like DMS, VPC/VNet configurations, etc.
