About the opportunity:

The opportunity is to work in one of the Reply Group companies (USA), in a global project to improve highly critical and complex applications.
We are seeking experienced Azure-focused Application Support Engineers to join our project team. The primary responsibility will be to support, maintain, and enhance applications deployed on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Azure services, strong troubleshooting skills, and working knowledge of Java and .NET applications to provide quick fixes and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide day-to-day operational support for applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
● Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Azure services, application performance, and integrations.
● Perform quick fixes and small enhancements in Java and .NET-based applications when required.
● Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications on Azure.
● Ensure compliance with best practices for cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
● Document technical issues, solutions, and create knowledge base/runbooks for recurring incidents.
● Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed for critical issues.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
● 3 years of professional experience in application support, cloud operations, or related roles.
● Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services such as:
○ Azure App Services
○ Azure Functions
○ Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
○ Azure Storage
○ Azure Active Directory
○ Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging)
● Proficiency in Java and .NET for debugging and implementing minor fixes.
● Good understanding of application lifecycle management and cloud deployment strategies.
● Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
● Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
● Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
