Overview
We are seeking a professional to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and contribute to technical development activities. This role involves troubleshooting, operational support, and implementing enhancements within IAM environments. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a solid technical background aligned with IAM best practices.

 
Core Responsibilities
Provide operational support for IAM platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and incident resolution.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and account lifecycle workflows.
Read, interpret, and analyze system and application log files to identify root causes of issues.
Support the implementation of integrations and customizations aligned with IAM solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain secure and efficient IAM operations.
Assist with scripting, data queries, and configuration updates.
Support onboarding activities, including verifying compatibility with IAM environments.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills
SQL – Ability to write, analyze, and optimize queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
JavaScript – Experience developing or maintaining scripts used in IAM processes or workflows.
Java (basic understanding) – Ability to read Java code for troubleshooting integrations or custom components.
LDAP – Knowledge of LDAP concepts and experience with directory services queries and structure.
Linux – Competence in navigating, troubleshooting, and running commands in Linux environments.
Windows Environments – Familiarity with Windows Server, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Log Analysis – Strong ability to read and analyze log files from various systems (applications, IAM tools, OS logs).
 
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Azure AD, OpenAM).
Knowledge of identity governance processes.
Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Good communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
