What the job is about? 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in Delphi and .NET technologies to join our team and support the development and evolution of shop floor manufacturing systems.

The professional will work on solutions that support production line operations, integrating software applications with industrial equipment such as PLCs, Zebra printers, and other manufacturing systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and traceability in the production environment.

This role involves working closely with manufacturing engineers, IT teams, and plant operations to design and implement solutions that support production processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manufacturing and shop floor applications using Delphi and .NET technologies
Build and maintain full stack solutions, including backend services and user interfaces
Implement integration with PLCs, industrial devices, and shop floor equipment
Develop communication with Zebra printers and labeling systems
Create integrations with enterprise and manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, traceability platforms, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues
Optimize application performance and reliability for industrial environments
Participate in system architecture discussions and technical improvements
Support deployments and updates in manufacturing plants

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong experience with Delphi development
Experience with .NET / C#
Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of API development and system integrations
Experience working with industrial environments or manufacturing systems
Understanding of communication with PLCs or industrial equipment
Experience integrating with Zebra printers or industrial printing systems
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)

 

Nice to Have

Experience with Shop Floor / MES systems
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC, TCP/IP, Serial, etc.)
Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
Understanding of traceability and production control systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Work Environment

Manufacturing / Industrial environment
Interaction with production lines and plant operations
Collaboration with engineering, IT, and automation teams
