🧾Pra gente dar #match, precisamos que você conheça: 

• Requirements analysis from Matera Inventory, discussing/negotiating and decisioning which Business requirements should be part of Matera Core/Out of the Shelf Solution and which should be de-coupled from Matera Core (BofA specific). Those requirements will need to be included on Matera Core version or BofA Specific code.
• Act as a technical leader for this tech group involving people, projects activities;

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Needs to speak both English and Brazilian Portuguese (which is critical due to need of communicating with US Teams as well as Brazil users and vendors).
• Specific knowledge of the local financial market and Cash Managenment products (mainly DDA, Payments, Receivables, Instant Payments).
• Knowledge on Matera Core Banking Suite
• Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar;
• Capable to work with users on project requirements and specification;
• Proactive risk identification and report;
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders/users and other IT teams;
• Be able to recommend solutions assuring fit with business unit direction, strategy and priorities;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Interact with a diversity of technical and business teams around the world.

DESIRED SKILSS
• Technical knowledge of integrators and orchestrator solutions: BPM / Flows (Activiti, Camunda, etc.), BRMS (Drools, etc.), ESB (MuleSoft, TIBCO, etc.)
• Knowledge in API-based solutions for the financial market;
• Technical knowledge of Midrange Infrastructures (Tomcat, Apache, Jboss, Messaging, etc.)
• Technical knowledge of Container Infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts) and Cloud (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, etc.)
• Knowledge in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) concepts/tools/workflow
