Operations Assistant

Data Entry and Management: Inputting and updating data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, responding to inquiries, and relaying information.
Inventory Management: Tracking supplies, placing orders, and maintaining stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in operational procedures and assisting in the implementation of new processes.
Reporting: Generating reports on operational performance, project status, or inventory levels for management review.
Customer Support: Assisting with customer inquiries and providing support to enhance the customer experience.
Event Coordination: Helping organize trade show events, training sessions, or meetings by managing logistics and supplies.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that operational activities comply with company policies and regulations, including safety protocols.

Requirements

Operations skills
Analytical Skills for process improvement
Communication skills for effective interaction in English and Portuguese are an asset
Customer Service skills for client satisfaction
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
Knowledge of supply chain management is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
