Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions with UiPath.
  • Analyze and map processes with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Define the technical architecture of solutions, integrating systems and orchestrators.
  • Manage environments in UiPath Orchestrator (queues, robots, schedules).
  • Monitor, support, and perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of robots.
  • Work in agile squads (Scrum/SAFe), contributing to planning and technical alignment.
  • Document processes and solutions for auditing and reuse.
Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA Developement (UiPath expertise is mandatory)
  • Strong experience with process functional analysis, documentation, and support and development of new processes.
  • Proficiency in solution architecture design and use of UiPath Orchestrator, with hands-on work using
  • REFramework or Enhanced REFramework.
  • Experience with support methodologies, including drill-down analysis and handling of change requests.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience working in agile teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • 5 years of experience;
  • Having already worked in consulting;
  • Complete degree; 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • UiPath or automation certifications and experience delivering RPA solutions at scale
  • Project history with international clients, particularly in the US or Europe.
  • Proven knowledge of .NET development (e.g., C#, VB.Net).
