Senior Quality Engineer (Test Automation) – Onshore / Offshore
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and solid experience in manual functional testing to join our onshore/offshore delivery model, supporting international clients and distributed Agile teams. This role requires a balanced profile, combining hands-on automation with deep understanding of functional testing and business requirements.

Employment type: CLT (Brazilian labor contract)
Work model: Immediately 100% remote. In the medium term (after 6–12 months), it will transition to a hybrid model.
Professional location: Only residents of the state of São Paulo (preferably living in the central area or in Campinas).

What You Will Do

  • Execute manual functional testing to validate business requirements and ensure end-to-end quality
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web, API, and enterprise applications
  • Identify, design, and prioritize test cases for both manual and automated execution
  • Implement automation using tools such as Robot Framework, Katalon, Tricentis Tosca, testingON, and similar frameworks
  • Contribute to test strategy definition, test planning, and automation coverage
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and fast feedback
  • Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on quality, risks, and delivery
Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Quality Engineer / Test Automation Engineer with proven manual testing background
  • Solid hands-on experience in manual functional and regression testing
  • Experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Katalon, Tosca, testingON, or equivalent
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and distributed delivery models
  • Comfortable working in an onshore/offshore environment with international stakeholders
  • Conversational English for daily collaboration and functional discussions
  • Proactive, autonomous, and quality-driven mindset
