As a Senior ProdOps Specialist (Agile Coach) based in China, you will lead agile transformation initiatives and operational excellence within our supply chain product teams. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and advanced expertise in agile practices to drive innovation and efficiency. The role can be remote or hybrid based in Wuhan or Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior-level coaching to squads, focusing on scaling agile practices across the organization.
Implement and oversee the ProdOps operational framework, ensuring adherence to global methodologies while addressing regional needs.
Lead maturity assessments and action plans to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate the adoption of tools and processes to enhance visibility into squad metrics and progress.
Serve as a change agent, promoting agile culture and practices throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in China and globally to align on product strategies and delivery goals.

Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and enterprise-level implementation (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Experience in the supply chain or technology sectors is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps, Power BI, and similar tools for tracking and reporting.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (required).
Location: Remote or hybrid in Wuhan or Shanghai, China.
