We are looking for a results-driven Senior Portfolio/PMO/OKR Specialist to manage the portfolio of supply chain technology initiatives. This role involves driving governance processes, aligning OKRs across teams, and ensuring successful project execution within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio governance, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and project execution.
Oversee the planning, tracking, and reporting of project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Lead OKR facilitation across the organization, working with teams to define, monitor, and achieve key results.
Develop and maintain dashboards in Azure DevOps or Power BI to provide insights into project and portfolio performance.
Support the implementation of a Tech Operational Model, including maturity frameworks and process adherence.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and other project management tools.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
