The Product Success Lead is a strategic role focused on driving the success of digital products by defining and implementing methodologies to measure and enhance product adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact.

Unlike traditional Customer Success roles tied to sales and customer retention, this position centers on analyzing and improving product performance through data-driven insights, product usage metrics, and alignment with strategic business objectives.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital product success metrics, such as adoption rates, NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), feature utilization, and impact on key business KPIs, ensuring that products deliver measurable value to the organization and its stakeholders.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Define and Evolve Product Success Methodology
Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for measuring and tracking the success of digital products.
Establish key metrics and processes for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and impact on business outcomes.

Portfolio-Wide Success Tracking
Monitor adoption rates, feature utilization, NPS, CSAT, and other relevant indicators across the portfolio of digital products.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Development Squads to define and track success metrics for each product.

Data-Driven Insights and Dashboards
Design and manage dashboards that provide visibility into product performance, adoption, and success metrics, along with the data & analytics team.
Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve product success.

Impact on Business KPIs
Track and report the alignment of product success with key business objectives, such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, or cost reduction.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure measurable business impact from digital products.

Transition to BAU and Sustainment
Define and implement best practices for transitioning digital products to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams.
Ensure sustainable product performance post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement and Methodology Adoption
Train and support cross-functional teams in implementing the Product Success Methodology.
Facilitate alignment between technical, business, and product teams to drive adoption and standardization of success metrics.

Key Metrics for Success
Product adoption rates and feature utilization.
Improvements in NPS, CSAT, or similar product satisfaction indicators.
Impact on key business KPIs (e.g., revenue, efficiency, or cost savings).
Successful implementation and transition of products to BAU.
Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to the Product Success Methodology.

Requirements

Experience in product management, operations, or roles focused on digital product success, analytics, or lifecycle management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Product Success Expertise: Experience in measuring and improving adoption rates, user satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), and business impact metrics.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product success with organizational goals and KPIs.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate insights and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain or large-scale enterprise digital environments.
Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies applied to product success.
Certifications in product management or operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Lean, Agile).
