We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and transforming insights into actionable solutions that drive strategic decisions. Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, you will support the development of scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, map, and document functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders from various areas.
Analyze data and key indicators to support decision-making and propose improvements in processes and systems.
Create clear functional specifications for development, product, and data teams.
Support user acceptance testing, validate deliveries, and monitor post-implementation outcomes.
Act as a facilitator between technical and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Familiarity with project and task management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
