Telecom Engineer | Hibrido no Itaim Bibi - SP | PJ

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain telecommunications systems and infrastructure to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure telecom solutions align with business needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot telecom systems, including voice, data, and video communications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical support for telecom-related issues and assist in the resolution of service disruptions.
Conduct regular assessments of telecom systems and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance performance and security.
Develop and maintain documentation for telecom configurations, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Telecom Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, PBX, and network protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with telecom management tools and technologies.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Relevant certifications in telecommunications or network management are a plus.
