Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain the SevOne network performance monitoring solution to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and customize SevOne dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
Monitor network performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation for SevOne configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SevOne-related issues.
Conduct regular assessments of network performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with SevOne or similar network performance monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of network protocols, performance metrics, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with network management and monitoring best practices.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Relevant certifications in network management or performance monitoring are a plus.
