Multinacional em Manaus está em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro Jr. para atuar na organização, análise e controle das rotinas financeiras, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações, o cumprimento de prazos (pagamentos, fechamentos e obrigações) e a aderência às políticas internas da companhia.
Responsabilidades
Rotina de Contas a Pagar (AP):
- Conferir, lançar e classificar notas fiscais, faturas e boletos no ERP.
- Gerar borderôs de pagamento no ERP, conforme cronograma e alçadas aprovadas.
- Realizar baixas diárias dos pagamentos efetuados no sistema.
- Preparar e organizar o fluxo de pagamentos, conciliando datas de vencimento.
Suporte a Contas a Receber (quando necessário):
- Emissão e lançamento de faturas no sistema.
- Baixa de recebíveis e controle de inadimplência.
- Apoio no envio de cobranças e acompanhamento de pagamentos
Requirements
- Graduação completa ou em andamento em Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia no setor de contabilidade;
- Excel intermediário;
- Conhecimento em Sistemas bancários (internet banking, arquivos CNAB);
- Desejável conhecimento no sistema Protheus.
